We will begin with a short GUIDED MEDITATION designed to help ease tension.
Then move into a total sound immersion as Andrea creates a multi-layered musical experience, using Tibetan and Crystal quartz singing bowls, monolina, gongs, overtone flute, shruti box, guzhen, overtone singing, tambura and a plethora of unique instruments melded with celestially infused vocals.
We close the session with a short discussion and an opportunity to share your experience. (optional). It's a great way to work on your mind and body while enjoying the benefits of community, now more so than ever! (the cacao ceremony can be chosen as an add-on)

This practice involves deeply tuning into calming and soothing sounds to reach a state of complete relaxation and true clarity. This experience opens a state of deep consciousness that oftentimes is unattainable without focused effort. Anxiety and stress is significantly decreased and many who have a hard time meditating usually find this practice to work beautifully and help them achieve that deep state of meditation.
